HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

Alongside physical exercise, I also focus on the overall well-being of my clients. This involves providing support and encouragement to assist my client to achieve their goals. Gym trainer, at times, do not have the ability to make tailored plan and provide the overall well-being support needed to meet your goals.

I provide outdoor training, in-home training, and gym training. Please email me for further information.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I recommend the following:

Kettlebells

Yoga Mat

Stability Ball

Medicine Ball

Dumbbells

Resistance Bands

Jump Rope

Foam Roll

You can always add more equipment, if the room permits. Usually these items are easy to find on multiple platform and stores.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Yes. Following a clean diet nutrition to important to meeting your fitness goals. I do provide nutrition plans that are tailored for each client.
