I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training and nutrition regime to fit your need.
I have ten years of experience in the field of nutrition and fitness. As a fitness competitor I have learned the ups and downs of sticking to a plan. With my Masters in Nutrition, I am able to apply science based knowledge to your plan.
I feel great! I can't believe I'm 140. I haven't seen that in years!
