A Short Run is Better Than No Run!
Have you ever wanted to run a 5K or 10K? Many have, but never know where to start. With my running plan, you can set a goal and meet it.
I have found that with many individuals, having a goal helps with weight loss and a stronger commitment to a plan. When I say goal, we are talking more than I want to lose a certain amount of weight.
Running a 5K or 10K is a great goal. No equipment or gym needed.
